About these terms

These terms apply to your use of vzdetailing.com and to text messages from VZ Detailing LLC (“VZ Detailing,” “we,” “us”), a mobile auto detailing business in San Diego, California. By using our website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, submit a quote request, or opt in to receive text messages from VZ Detailing.

SMS program

VZ Detailing sends text messages to customers who opt in on the quote request form on our website. Transactional messages include responses to your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and review requests after a completed detail. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional promotional offers and discounts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a quote.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and getting help

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Services, pricing, and bookings

Prices shown on our website are starting prices based on vehicle size. Final pricing can change based on vehicle condition, such as heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, or paint defects, and ceramic coating quotes are confirmed after a visual inspection. Bookings are made through our online booking system or directly with us by phone or text.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
