When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, the service you’re interested in, your location, and any notes you include. When you book online, our booking provider collects the details needed to schedule your appointment.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, send appointment confirmations and updates, and, only if you opt in, send occasional offers. We use customer relationship and booking software to store and manage this information.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our CRM, booking, and messaging providers), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

SMS terms

If you check a texting consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from VZ Detailing at the number you provided. Transactional messages cover your quote request, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Marketing messages, if you opt in separately, may include special offers and discounts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a quote.
